Grow Up Your Sloppy Joe

One of my favorite rainy-day family pastimes is walking around our “fancy” mall and checking out the stores we can’t actually afford to shop in. I can only get away with this because my husband loves to visit Williams-Sonoma and the Apple Store – both of which are at said mall. Last time we were there, Williams-Sonoma had a particularly delicious BBQ Sauce sample available, and we just couldn’t pass it up.  The sample was ground beef cooked in the sauce over crackers. I knew that wouldn’t be sufficient for any type of dinner, but my husband was dying to eat it that evening. That’s when I came up with the idea of The Sloppy Joseph!
