Lately, I’ve been on a fruity dessert kick. I’m especially enamored with the Dairy Queen Strawberry CheeseQuake Blizzard…delish! But, at almost 700 calories for a medium {which is actually good for a blizzard}, I usually can’t talk myself into eating one. I mean, that’s more than half of my daily calorie allotment! When I was having a craving the other day, I decided to try out a Strawberry Cheesecake protein shake. It might not have chunks of real cheesecake in it, but it’s still pretty tasty. Definitely hit the spot and curbed my craving!
Ingredients:
8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1-2 Scoops Protein Powder
1 tsp. Cheesecake Pudding Powder
3 tsp. Strawberry Jello Powder
*You could replace the powder with frozen strawberries
Ice
Combine all of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
If you prefer more of a cheesecake taste, use 2 tsp. of cheesecake flavor and 2 tsp. of strawberry.
