Every once in a while, just for fun, I hang out on Homes.com and do a little search for fixer-uppers. One of my secret pipe-dreams is flipping houses; it just sounds like a fun, and exciting adventure! So when I’m feeling the itch to flip, I find a house online and Photoshop the rooms. Maybe it’s not the real thing, but I love it. This mood board was inspired by one of those house-flipping, Photoshop extravaganzas.
The house pictured was started by a builder, and I believe they went out of business and are selling the house as-is with no drywall or anything. Oh the potential! There’s something exciting about a home that is a complete blank slate. *gah*
This mood board is a little different than others I’ve posted, because it is a general house theme, not a specific room. I wanted something neutral, calming, and welcoming that would appeal to a wide-range of people. The goal was also to keep a beautifully modern look while keeping an affordable price-tag. So, with that being said, I hope you enjoy my Beachy Neutral mood board!
