One of my favorite pastimes is touring incredible homes. Each year here in Franklin, TN we have a parade of homes event that features top builders, and talented designers. It is one thing I most look forward to every Fall! I’ll be featuring this year’s five homes over the next few weeks … with it all culminating at the Southern Living showcase home. I hope y’all love this parade of homes tour as much as I did!
Five bedrooms and five bathrooms plus two powder rooms are just a few spaces you can find yourself exploring in this 6,643 square foot home. It’s hard to narrow down a favorite, but I especially love the large bonus / bunk room at the top of the stairs.
We started the 2019 parade with a house built by Stonegate Homes and designed by Julie McCoy Interiors with Alyson Sailer. This two-story beauty really shows off with a cozy traditional feel. But, you can’t miss the exciting pops of modern style sprinkled throughout.
I love the contrast and texture throughout this space.
I also love that they built-in four niches and a bench! Perfection.
