What I have noticed from our time on Atkins, is that it is imperative to have a well-stocked pantry and fridge at all times. If you can conveniently access the food and there is some variety, you’re much more likely to actually stick to your diet.
I really hate using the word “diet” because it has turned into a lifestyle for us. We’ve been figuring out how to easily incorporate low-carb living into our everyday, and it’s been really satisfying. My goal here is to share with you some of our favorite frozen and refrigerated foods to keep on hand. Most of these can be used in a variety of different recipes and snacks for tasty meals throughout the day.
